3-Day Return Policy — Unopened Products Only

At COSMEDERM, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Eligible Returns

A return is eligible when:

  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product is unopened and unused.
  • The original packaging and seals are intact.
  • The product is in its original condition.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for products that have been:

  • Opened or used
  • Tampered with
  • Damaged after delivery
  • Returned after the 3-day return period

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
